Alice is a dual board-certified PMHNP-BC and FNP-BC licensed in Virginia. She completed advanced clinical training under a highly respected psychiatrist with more than 50 years of experience. She specializes in ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, and mood disorders. She is fluent in English and Vietnamese, and sees adult patients ages 18 to 60 across all of Virginia via telehealth.

Your first visit, step by step

Book onlineSelect an appointment time through the online portal. New patient slots open regularly and are typically available within 1 to 2 weeks.

Complete your intake paperworkYou will receive forms by email. They cover your health history, current symptoms, and medications. Plan for about 20 minutes to complete them before your visit.

Your first appointment (60 minutes)Alice will review your history, listen to your concerns, and ask detailed questions about your symptoms, daily life, and goals. This conversation is the foundation of your care plan.

Start treatmentYou leave with a diagnosis, a treatment plan, and a prescription if appropriate. Follow-up visits (30 or 50 minutes) keep your care moving in the right direction.

Alice is in-network with Aetna, Medicaid, Medicare, Carelon, and Anthem BCBS Virginia. Self-pay rates are $400 for an initial evaluation and $200 to $250 for follow-up visits. HSA, FSA, and HRA cards accepted.

Before you book

Do I need a referral?

No referral is needed. You can book directly through the online portal without a referral from your primary care provider.

Who is eligible?

Alice sees adults ages 18 to 60 who are currently located in Virginia at the time of their appointment. Both Virginia residents and people temporarily in Virginia are eligible for telehealth visits.

How quickly can I be seen?

New patient appointments are typically available within 1 to 2 weeks. Use the online portal to see the next available time.

What if I am not sure I need psychiatric care?

The initial evaluation is designed to answer exactly that question. You do not need to come in with a diagnosis or a clear sense of what is wrong. Bring your concerns, and Alice will help you figure out what is going on and whether treatment makes sense.
