Alice Tran, PMHNP-BC accepts referrals from primary care providers, therapists, OB/GYNs, and other clinicians across Virginia. New patients are typically seen within 1–2 weeks.
How to Refer →The practice serves adults ages 18 to 65 for outpatient psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and supportive therapy, in person in Fairfax or by telehealth anywhere in Virginia. Care is available fully in English or Vietnamese with no interpreter needed. Commonly referred concerns include:
Stable outpatients needing evaluation, a diagnosis clarified, medication initiated or optimized, or a prescriber to work alongside their therapist. First appointments are a full 60 minutes.
Patients under 18 or over 65, active crisis or imminent safety concerns (please direct to 988 or the nearest ED), court-ordered evaluations, and long-term benzodiazepine maintenance, which this practice does not prescribe.

No referral paperwork is required. Patients can book online or call/text (703) 791-9099. Online booking takes about five minutes.
With patient consent, you will receive an initial evaluation summary and relevant updates. Alice coordinates readily with PCPs and therapists, and is glad to co-manage.

Evidence-based prescribing including stimulants for ADHD where clinically appropriate under current Virginia telehealth regulations. Short-term benzodiazepines only when clinically indicated; no long-term benzodiazepine maintenance. Lab and pharmacogenomic testing available when useful.
