The short answer: Alice Tran Psychiatric Care is not hiring right now. The practice does plan to grow, with licensed therapists and PMHNPs, potentially beginning in late 2027. If that sounds like you, we would love to know you exist.
This is a young practice being built deliberately. Right now that means one clinician, a small support team, and full attention on doing right by every patient who walks in or logs on. Growing too fast is how practices lose the thing that made them worth joining, so we are not rushing.
As the patient community grows, the plan is to bring on clinicians who share the way this practice works:
Clinicians who speak Vietnamese, or who have experience caring for immigrant and bilingual communities, will find that especially valued here. It is a core part of who this practice serves. But it is not a requirement.
The timeline is honest rather than promised: potentially late 2027, depending on how the practice grows. No positions are open today, and we will never post openings that do not exist.
If you would like to be remembered when hiring opens, send a short introduction and your résumé or CV to info@alicetrannp.com with "Future Openings" in the subject line. Tell us your license type, where you practice now, and what kind of clinical home you are looking for. There is no formal process yet, but every introduction gets read and kept.
Thank you for your interest in growing with us.
